The property has a wonderful glimpse of the sea and sun kissed deck where you can enjoy the sun all day and evening. The deck is equipped with outdoor furniture and a coal barbeque. The guest house on the upper part of the garden offers a beautiful view, you will have a glimpse of the sea from up there. The large plot, 1880 square meters, is enclosed, giving the property a real sense of seclusion.

The house is spacious and open plan design. On the ground floor you will find a modern, well-equipped kitchen with dining area in a glassed terrace. There is a fire place in the kitchen and open plan to the large living room with a sofa and comfy armchairs. The bedroom on this floor has two single beds which can be out together to make a double bed. The adjacent bathroom is large with all amenities such as toilet, shower, sauna, washing machine and a dryer.
The second floor (please note that the staircase is not child proof) offers two gorgeous rooms; one being a hobby room and the other a lounge room with TV, armchairs and a large sofa bed (160x200 cm). There is also a bedroom on this floor with two single beds which can be used as singles or a double. There is also a toilet upstairs.

The guest house has two single beds and a siting area for two. There is also a terrace, where you can enjoy the sea view.

Limited internet surf available.
With the Swedish SIM card and an adapter / dongle you can use mobil surf. SIM cards with an adapter / dongle can be bought in larger grocery stores and at most kiosks.

Within walking distance of the house, you can find two swimming and bathing areas: one with cliffs and the other one with a sandy beach. About 2 kilometres away there is a larger swimming spot with a sandy beach, docks, cliffs and a trampoline as well as a jumping tower. You can also play tennis here on one of the tennis courts or enjoy an ice cream from the kiosk.
Saltarö offers its visitors a lot of leisure activities to engage in; tennis, learning how to sail, swimming lessons, walking trails and hiking paths as well as endless of quiet gravel roads, perfect for an evening walk or a run should you feel inclined.

Stockholm to Saltarö is approximately 35 minutes by car, 38 kilometres. There are excellent public transport connections towards Gustavsberg and Stockholm.
