Highly situated cottage by the sea, peaceful location and panoramic view of the Ersta sea bay. Only 20 min to Stockholm and car road leading all the way up to the house.
Living room with dining area, fire place and sofa corner with TV and sofa bed. Nice and bright with lovely sea view. Nice work kitchen. Large bedroom with double bed 140*200 cm and sofa bed 140*200 cm. Bathroom with shower cabinet, WC and washing machine.

Patio facing the sea with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue, catching the afternoon and evening sun. There’s a roofed patio with lounge furniture on the front side of the house. This patio catches the sun almost all day. Partly fenced-in woodland plot, with a steep slant towards the seaside.

Nice communal beach right below the house, with lawns and jetty with bathe ladder into the sea.

In the surrounding neighborhood there’s a large recreational outdoor area with hiking trails and exercise tracks. There’s also a lake to bathe in and a farm with a café open for visitors.
At Tyresö castle 1 km you can visit the garden, the craft shop, restaurant and café.

Close car distance to: regular ferry jetty with departures both to Stockholm and further out into the archipelago, golf course 18 holes, mini-golf, play land, swimming center with adventure section, swimming lanes and gym. Grocery store, restaurants et c. approx. 2 km. Large shopping center 9 km.

Distance to Stockholm approx. 23 km. Good local communications.

Die Unterkunft ist eine nordische Stuga im Blockbohlenstil. Äußerlich überwiegt der Charme der rustikalen und unverwüstlichen Bauweise, während die Innenräume einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet sind. Kamin, Ecksofa, Flachbild-TV sorgen für gemütliches Ambiente. Die Küche mit Wasserkocher, Backofen, Toaster ist gut und modern ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Räume sind für 2-4 Personen ausreichend groß mit Doppelbett und ausziehbarem Schlafsofa. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Schärenküste ist sensationell. Eine überdachte Terrasse mit Morgensonne und eine neue Freiterrasse mit Mittags- und Abendsonne laden zum Picknicken und Grillen ein. Ein Grill ist vorhanden. Das Auto kann direkt vor der Stuga geparkt werden. Der Badeplatz ist in wenigen Minuten per pedes zu erreichen. Der Ort ist malerisch mitten im Grünen. Kultur bieten Schloss und Kaffee. Die Schweden selbst sind nett, hilfsbereit und tiefenentspannt. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Stockholm ist sehenswert und mit Bus, Auto oder Fähre in 30 min zu erreichen. Von der Ruhe ins pulsierende Stadtleben und zurück. Fähren gehen ab Trinntorp auch auf die Nachbarinseln. Besonders zu empfehlen: Restaurant RANCHEN in Trinntorp: Steaks vom Lavastein. Extrem lecker. Summa summarum: Schweden auf seine schönste Weise.

Sehr schönes Haus an der Ostsee, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer super, sehr ruhig und sauber. Sehr angenehme Lage auch für den Weg nach Stockholm mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln

Excellent location overlooking the sea. Terrace on botje sides of the cabin. We had deer in the garden. A homely cabin. Small bathroom with hand shower… could do with a shower rail. Kitchen is very well equipped for a good stay. Towels ordered were excellent.

Fantastiskt läge/utsikt både från vardagsrum och altan över havsviken. Altaner med både morgonsol och eftermiddag/kvällsol. Mycket lungt läge. Alla våra önskemål uppfylldes. Tack!

Vi hade en härlig vistelse i huset. Stugan är inte stor men har allt man kan behöva. Bra med sovrum där 2 sängar får plats. Det bästa är altanen som vetter ut mot Erstaviken. Där spenderade vi både långa frukostar, lunch och middag. Nu i mitten på augusti var det skönt med skugga i hettan fram till ca 14 tiden. Köket var nytt och fräscht. Om man skulle behöva sitta inne vid matbordet så har man i stort sett samma vidunderliga utsikt. Bra att man kunde köra bilen ända fram till tomten och parkera där ca 10m från huset. Ner till bryggan är det en kort promenad på 5 minuter. Bra bad med gott om plats och badstege. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Sehr schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht und guter Ausstattung des Hauses. Durch den Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe kann man Stockholm bequem auch ohne Auto erreichen. Der ideale Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen oder schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung inklusive des Schärengartens zu starten. Vier Rehe, die gelegentlich im Garten vorbeisahen, und ein Adlerpärchen, das sich in die Lüfte schraubte, haben meinen Besuch noch durch besondere Naturnähe bereichert. Und die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung!

We had a great week over midsummer in that cosy house. Very good equipped and in a beautiful position on top of the hill with view over the skargard it spent us wonderful moments. Only using public transport it was very easy to reach the supermarket and destinations for hiking, bathing and birdwatching, not to speak about getting to Stockholm very easy and fast. There is a lot of game, even in the gardens, ospreys and beavers to be watched. Midsommar at Tyresö castle was a great event. The owner lives directly near the house and was very nice, helpful and supportive. We are looking forward to coming again!

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit Spitzen-Aussicht. Gut eingrichtet, alles da, was man braucht, geschmackvoll, Rehe vor der Tür, Beeren im Wald, hoch oben auf dem Berg. Ideale Basis für Ausflüge!

This was our second holiday in this property and we were not disappointed. As we remembered from last year, the location is simply idyllic! The sea view spread before you when starting the day with breakfast at the dining table is only slightly bettered by the view when ending the day with a BBQ on the deck outside . . . !! Surrounded by peace and quiet, the stuga itself is light, airy and very well equipped. It would be graded as 4-star by UK standards (I own a holiday-home business in UK). Stockholm is within easy reach (park & ride on the Tunnelbana from Farsta Strand is cheaper and more relaxed than parking in the city centre) as are several castles, cafes, restaurants and beauty spots. We even had a baby deer visit the garden on two occassions.

A fanstastic location, wonderful view. The house has everything you need (only a dishwasher would be great... ) and a lovely design. The terrace is awesome and it`s absolutely silent. We had wonderful two weeks there. The owner lives next door and was very helpful when minor problems came up with the wifi or the shower. The location is excellent to do a mixed holiday between nature and city. Stockholm is not far but you can also relax on the terrace or beach or in the near national park all day. The castle with its cafes and restaurants is very much worth going! Not much tourism in the area makes it to a very relaxed and smooth holiday, wonderful! The small supermarket 2km away has everything you need!

After retiring early from an international business life, I own a holiday-home business on the coast in UK. Many years ago, my wife and I both, separately, lived in Sweden and we wanted to return for a week's holiday . . . We discovered www.skargardsstugor.se on a Google search and found a stuga in Tyresö Erstaviken through them . . . As someone who runs a 4-star graded holiday home business in UK (with annual visits by government star-grading inspectors), my comments are inevitably against the UK star-grading manual (100+ pages!) . . . . so . . . : On the positive side: Location; location; location! Elevated on a heather-clad outcrop of rock which overlooks an inlet from the Baltic, this stuga's location is simply idyllic! The sea view when one starts the day with breakfast at the dining table inside is only slightly bettered by the view when ending the day with a BBQ on the deck outside . . . !! As for the stuga itself . . . ? Easily 4-star by UK standards; it is light, airy and very well equipped. Very importantly (and much more difficult to achieve than most customers will realise) it was scrupulously clean . . ! When I visit my properties between guests, one of my first checks, is to pull beds away from the wall and look for any dust or dirt . . . Sad (I was on holiday!) but I did the same in Tyresö . . . No dust; No dirt! All was really clean! If those cleaners ever want to move to UK, they have a client waiting! On the negative: Very little! The explanation on how to find the property (in English anyway) could have been better . . . Without some Internet searching . . . and knowledge of Swedish, it might have been difficult . . . As provided, the directions took me to Bofinksvägen but didn't tell me to "turn into the gravel road next to the garage with a sign "13" . . . . " ??!! Would I book this property again? . . . YES! In fact, WILL I book this property again ? . . . . YES!!

We very much enjoyed our week in Tyresö. The view is phantastic, the house very comfortabel and good situated for walks into woods and to the castle. Just a small remark - your driving instructions are not quite correct regarding the access to the house: the house is on the Bofinkvägen, one does not need to take the Brobänksvägen at all. We knew, of course, the house address is Bofinksvägen 13, however from your description it sounds as the access to the house would be from the Brobänksvägen. You should just correct the point as "Turn left onto Bofinksvägen. 400 m. You are there." and cancel the last point. We looked for the house for a while, but finally we found it, no problem. :-)

Jättefin stuga som hade allt! Helt fantastisk utsikt, två fina uteplatser. Bra backar att motionera i! Det ända negativa är trädgården, svårtillgänglig på framsidan men bättre på baksidan. Men det gjorde inte oss något vi njöt av utsikten hela tiden! Ska rekommendera den till alla jag känner. Med vänlig hälsning, Marie Persson
