• We store and manage information about your name, address, social security number, e-mail, invoices and contracts in order to ensure that the right person pays for the right kind of service.
• We use data in e-mail and mobile phone to be able to get in touch with you in various contexts, e.g. invoice questions, service needs or information. The mobile number is also essential to give you access to our facilities.
• We do NOT save on correspondence between you and us unnecessarily. Only decisive documents such as agreements, terminations, etc. are saved in case doubts arise. Others are removed.
• We do NOT share your information with other companies for sales purposes. If we receive interesting offers for our customers, we send them out to you ourselves or post it on our website or Facebook page.

Your rights as a customer with us:

• You always have the right to see what information we have about you.
• You always have the right to have your information corrected if something is incorrect.
• When you terminate your contract with us, you can request that your personal data be removed from our system.
