This modern and child-friendly semi-detached house is located on an elevated plot with a wonderful view of Torsbyfjärden and a bathing jetty below. The area is very nice with proximity to natural areas, several beaches, restaurants and all services as well as very good connections to Stockholm (20 minutes by bus/car and regular boat connection to Stockholm).

The house includes a beach plot with a wooded slope towards Torsbyfjärden and next to the house there is a large terrace with sun all day and a fantastic view of the water. Directly below the balcony, the path leads down to the area's private jetty and a small strip of beach.

Walking distance approx. 20 minutes to Värmdö shopping center, a complete center with well-sorted shops and restaurants. Beautiful surroundings with nice walking paths and hiking trails.

Distance to Stockholm only 27 km (approx. 20 min. by car). Very good bus connections (approx. 25 min. journey by bus to Stockholm).
Shuttle boat no. 84 goes to Stockholm city Strömkajen from Ålstäket, approx. 15 minutes walking distance from the house. The boat trip to Stockholm Old Town takes just over an hour.
