Lovely natural plot with lawns, fruit trees.

Wonderful swimming area in the bay with rocks, sandy beach and diving rocks within a few minutes' walk. Also swimming in a forest lake. Lovely forests with marked hiking trails for beautiful forest walks, berry and mushroom picking.

In the surroundings there is also a golf course (36 holes), several wonderful nature reserves with hiking trails, kayak center, diving trail, Artipelag art museum, and Gustavsberg harbor area with cultural center, porcelain manufacturing with porcelain museum, porcelain and glass outlets, antique and curio, nice boutiques etc. In the harbor area there are also a handful of restaurants and a few cafes, a mini golf course and in the summer daily connection to Stockholm by steamboat.

Skälsmara Ingarö is located about 35 kilometers from Stockholm (about 30 minutes drive / one hour by bus).
