Cozy modern furnished semi-detached house with 2 nice patios and grass area for playing and games. Direct proximity to the area's sandy beach, large meadow with playground and football field below the houses.

Storskogen a recreational area with exercise tracks and hiking trail is a short walk away and from Haghulta you have very good bus connections to other parts of Värmdö and Stockholm.

The house has a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with large dining area and access to the terrace with morning sun, perfect for a lovely breakfast and lunch.

Large and airy living room with comfortable sofa, armchairs and an 80" Smart TV. The living room also has a soapstone stove with glass doors for cozy evenings by the fireplace.

Bathroom with shower, toilet, underfloor heating. Separate laundry room with dryer.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms all with, bedside tables, clothes storage and blackout curtains:
Bedroom 1 has a 105 cm bed soft mattress, small sofa, makeup/work table, mini fridge.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed 180 cm medium-firm mattress, work table, TV.
Exit to balcony with table, chair and a small lounge sofa, here you can enjoy both morning sun and sunset.

Bedroom 3 is a smaller room with a 105 cm bed firm mattress, chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 has a 105 cm bed firm mattress, work table with gaming chair.

Bathroom with shower, toilet and underfloor heating.

From the upper floor there is an exit to the patio at the back with a sunny southwest location. Embedded in greenery, rocks and trees, it gives a private feeling. Here there is a large wooden deck with a dining and lounge area with a gas grill, as well as a small lawn for playing and games. Ping pong table, badminton, kubb game available to borrow.

Near the house there is a large meadow with a playground and a small football field. The area's child-friendly swimming area with a sandy beach and a jetty is located just below the meadow. There is a nice promenade with good fishing spots, tables with benches and a wonderful view of Torsbyfjärden and the fairway towards Stockholm. Here you can also experience fantastic sunsets!

Storskogen with exercise tracks; 2.5, 5, 6.5, 7.5 km and hiking trail (Värmdöleden) is located just under 10 minutes' walk away. Outdoor gym and tennis courts (free drop-in) are located at the sports field 1.5 km away.

Bakery with catering 500 m, Coop supermarket and several restaurants and Take Away 1.3 km.

Grisslinge sea bath 1.5 km has a restaurant, pastry shop/bakery and kiosk next to the bath, beach volleyball court, boules court and a playground with swings and climbing frame, kayak and SUP rental.
Värmdö Shopping Center 3 km.

In Gustavsberg harbor 5 km there are shops, galleries, studios, museums and nice cafes and restaurants. Gustavsberg also has a lovely bathhouse with swimming pools, water park, relax and gym. At the bathhouse there is a large and fun adventure playground in the forest and marked forest walks (1.5 and 4 km).

Very good bus connections to Stockholm and other parts of Värmdö, with connecting boat connections.
Regular boat to Stockholm takes about an hour and it is about a 15 minute walk to the pier.

Distance to Stockholm is about 28 km, about 20 minutes by car, 25-35 minutes by bus.
