Welcome to a charming and carefully renovated house from the early 20th century, beautifully located by Torsbyfjärden on Värmdö. Here, turn-of-the-century charm is combined with modern comfort, generous living areas and a fantastic view of the water and the fairway towards Stockholm.

The house is located on a sloping seaside plot, from the living room, bedrooms and patios you can follow the boating life on the bay and enjoy the changing light of the archipelago.

The entrance floor of the house is characterized by light, space and an open, social layout.
The large living room has generous window areas and a stunning view of the bay and direct access to the terrace. There are several natural places to socialize here - a comfortable sofa group with a sea view, a TV corner and a cozy seating area by the fireplace.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room with space for up to eight people around the table.
The well-equipped kitchen, which has direct access to the dining room, has been carefully renovated with modern equipment while older details, including the traditional wood-burning stove and cooker hood with efficient natural draft, have been preserved. There is also a small dining area.
On the entrance floor there is also a spacious bathroom with a whirlpool tub and hand shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a living room with TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Bedroom 1: Double bed 180 × 200 cm and a wonderful view of the bay.
Bedroom 2: Double bed 140 × 200 cm and desk.
Bedroom 3: Double bed 140 × 200 cm with the possibility of adding an extra single bed in a part of the room that is not visible in the picture by arrangement.

Living room with TV, large comfortable corner sofa and lovely view of the water - perfect when the family wants to spend time together or when someone wants a quiet moment for themselves.
The house has fast fiber with WiFi, which makes it easy to combine vacation with remote work.

For those who want to explore the surroundings, there is a nice and child-friendly shared sandy beach and pier about 200 m away. After the beach, there is a quay that you can walk along the water. There are several playgrounds in the area within a 5-minute walk. In Storskogen, about a 15-minute walk away, those who want to exercise and get out into nature can find hiking trails, exercise loops and varied paths. Within 15 minutes' walk there is also a larger sports field with a free outdoor gym, table tennis, football pitches and tennis courts (drop in).

The area has good services nearby. For example, a popular bakery with a restaurant 500 m away. Coop supermarket and several restaurants and take-away food 1.3 km away. At Grisslingebadet 1.5 km away there is a larger beach with a bakery and beach service and Kayakomat with the possibility of renting kayaks and SUP.

Värmdö Shopping Centre (a complete shopping centre) is 3 km away.

In Gustavsberg harbour 5 km away there are shops, galleries, studios, a porcelain museum and nice cafes and restaurants. Gustavsberg also has a lovely bathhouse with swimming pools, an adventure pool, relaxation and a gym. At the bathhouse there is a large and fun adventure playground in the forest and marked forest walks (1.5 and 4 km).

Very good bus connections to Stockholm and other parts of Värmdö, with connecting boat connections.

Regular boat to Stockholm takes about an hour and it is about a 15-minute walk to the pier.

Distance to Stockholm is about 28 km, about 20 minutes by car, 25-35 minutes by bus.
