The main house (64 m2) has been well maintained and has got a good summer cottage standard. Large kitchen with dining area seating 6-8 persons. Exit to lovely patio with sun blind, seating set and barbecue. In the living room there’s a corner sofa and a TV. Master bedroom with double bed (160*200 cm, spring mattresses) and a guest bedroom with sofa bed 160 cm. Bathroom with WC, shower cabin and a washing machine. In front of the house, there’s a small patio with seating.

For an extra cost: The guest cottage (15 m2) has got a space for socializing with a table and chairs and a sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. In the other part of the cottage there’s a recess/alcove with a bunk bed (80*200 cm). The glass wall opens towards the south-facing patio with outdoor furniture.

At close walking distance you'll find a nice small beach and a bit further also at walking distance another beach with shallow water suitable for small children.

In the close vicinity there’s an 18 hole golf course ”Pay and Play”, a kayak center and Siggesta farm with horseback riding, playground, football golf, adventure mini-golf, forest obstacle course, café and restaurant.

Distance to Stockholm approx. 40 km.

Please note! that drinking water and water for cooking must either be bought by the bottle at a grocery store or collected at designated place (containers for collecting available in house). The tap water coming from the house well works nicely for all other purposes.
