Living room open to the ridge with a well-equipped small kitchen, TV corner with armchairs, coffee table and a sofa bed for 2 people. Small dining table with chairs. Possible blackout will be available.
2 double doors lead out to a spacious furnished balcony in 2 directions here there are sun loungers and a dining area for 4 and a charcoal grill.
WC with shower.
Upstairs is the sleeping loft with a comfortable mattress for two people (not standing height)

For an additional fee there is also the guest cottage Härbret 15 sqm for max 2 people, it has a 105x200 cm bed, and a sofa bed for 1 person, adorable sea view and its own nice balcony facing the sea.
There is a large, lovely lawn with a volleyball net for play and games.

Nearby is a high international class 18 + 9 hole golf course. Fågelbro Golf and Country Club also offers tennis, paddle, and a restaurant.

The popular Bistro Malma is within walking distance at Malmakvarn and you will find several nice and well-reputed lakeside taverns and restaurants within a short car/boat distance.

On request, the homeowner can arrange an excursion with their larger boat, an Arronet "By Malma" where they can take you to the outer archipelago with a chance to see both seals and sea eagles or a wonderful trip inland to Stockholm. Max 7 people.
