Kayaks, bicycles and rowing boats with simpler fishing rods are available for rent. Padle racket is available to borrow. There are also many nice roads for walks and bike rides in rural and scenic surroundings.

The welcoming living room has large windows facing the sea and a small cozy stove in the middle. The living area has a corner sofa and TV with chromecast. In the second part of the room there is a well-equipped kitchen and in between a dining area for 5 people and a door to the terrace.

The lovely bedroom has a double bed 180x200 cm and TV with basic amenities, armchairs and several closets. There is plenty of space to place a cot / folding bed 80 cm (available on request) if desired.
The loft has a standing height and is spacious with 2 single beds 90x200 cm and an armchair.
The stairs and railings are not childproof, which means that the attic is most suitable from slightly older children and upwards.

The cottage also has a laundry room with tumble dryer and drying cabinet, lots of storage space.
Large fresh electric sauna. Separate shower and toilet.

The lake plot has its own jetty with ladder so there is the possibility of swimming.
The owner's boat is located by the pier, but there is room for another if you have your own small boat, note you have to pass under a bridge that has only 2 m free height.

About 3 km from the house is Fågelbro Golf and Country Club, a golf course of high international class 18 + 9 holes. Fågelbro Golf and Country Club also offers padle, tennis, squash, SPA and restaurant.

There are good opportunities for boat trips to several popular islands and the outer archipelago. From Stavsnäs harbor (about 20 minutes by car) there are many passenger boats when you want to explore the archipelago. Next to the harbor you will also find the picturesque Stavsnäs village with beautiful summer houses from previous centuries, the archipelago museum and the cozy Hembageriet patisserie and bakery with food service, beer and wine (sometimes also musical entertainment). There is also a good ICA grocery store in Stavsnäs with expanded service.

Near Stavsnäs is Djurö (go by car / bus over the beautiful Djurö bridge) and there you will find several nice restaurants with lake location, mini golf, and Djurönäset's facility with SPA, indoor pool and gym.

Värmdö shopping center with about 20 shops, several large grocery stores and all kinds of service is about 20 minutes away in the direction of Stockholm.

Distance to Stockholm about 42 km, about 45 minutes by car.
Good bus connection available.

In low season, the house can be booked for a minimum of 3 nights.

Fishing in Våmfjärden is ban until 15/6
