Rowing boat available for rent from owner. The large house of about 70 m2 has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with year-round standard, partly high ceilings, large windows and lots of light that gives a bright and spacious feeling.

Large living room with comfortable sofa, reading chairs and a fireplace. TV is streamed through an LED projector to a large screen that is rolled down over the windows. Load up on popcorn and you get a real cinema feeling.

Exit to a nice glass veranda with corner sofa, adjacent to a smaller terrace.

Bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet.

Bedroom 1 with 160 cm double bed with comfortable mattress. Large wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has two 80 cm single beds with good mattresses. Wardrobes.

Large sunny terrace with sun loungers, two tables with space for 10 people, parasols and gas grill. Evening sun invites you to long dinners.

The 35 m² little cottage has a kitchen with fridge, sink, 2 hotplates and a dining area for 4.

The bedroom has two bunk beds with comfortable mattresses. In the cozy living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 and wardrobes. Small furnished terrace.

The separate bio toilet is accessible from the outside, NB no water is drawn into the sink.

Malma, located on Fågelbrolandet, Värmdö is a nature area in a genuine archipelago environment with beautiful forests for nice walks and several swimming and fishing lakes. Mellansjön has planted fish, where a fishing license is required and you can rent a rowing boat. Sea bathing is about 3 km from the cottage.

Nearby is Fågelbro Golf and Country Club, courses of high international class 18 + 9 holes. There are also 2 restaurants, tennis, paddle, yoga, massage.
Popular Bistro Malma Kvarn is within 20 minutes walking distance at the Kryssarklubben piers.
You will find many nice and well-reputed lake taverns, such as Strömma tavern and canal bar, Bistro Lillströmma and other restaurants within a short car/boat distance.
In Stavsnäs village there are picturesque buildings from the early 1900s, the Archipelago Museum and a cozy home bakery with a café and restaurant. Between the old village and the harbor there is a well-stocked ICA store.
In Stavsnäs winter harbor there is a café-bakery, restaurant and pizzeria. You can also rent bicycles and kayaks, play mini golf, paddle, etc. From here, regular boats go to islands further out in the archipelago such as Runmarö, Nämdö, Harö and Sandhamn. Take the opportunity to make a day trip by boat.
