In the living room there are two single beds, clothes storage, sofa bed, small dining area and a kitchen area.
The kitchen is well equipped with, among other things, a fridge, freezer, microwave, 2 induction hobs, small dishwasher.
Bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedroom is separate and has an entrance from the outside. Here there is a wide single bed 120*200 cm, and clothes storage.
The cottage is small and best suited for 2-3 people, but an extra bed on the sofa bed for children/juniors can be offered for 1,000 SEK/week for groups larger than 3 people.

The cottage has a large deck furnished with a dining area, barbecue, and sun loungers.
A wood-fired sauna can be booked on request for 150 SEK/occasion.

The cottage is located on a hill, the plot is quite steep on one side so not suitable for small children. Below the plot there is a company that builds jetties. They usually go out with their work boats into the archipelago, which usually does not disturb, but you still have to have some acceptance for a little life and movement.

Aspvik is an idyll with preserved rural character and scenic surroundings. Next to the house there are forests and walking areas for wonderful walks. Hiking trails and a bike path nearby.

In Gustavsberg (5km) there are shops, a bakery with a pastry shop and café, restaurants, a sports area with tennis, a skate park and a bathhouse with an adventure pool, relaxation and gym. In Gustavsberg harbour (5.5 km) there is a cultural centre, library, galleries, studios and a porcelain museum. Here you will also find pleasant shopping for crafts, design, fashion, porcelain and glass outlets, nice restaurants, café, ice cream, mini golf. etc.
From Gustavsberg harbour there is a regular boat to Stockholm during the summer season several times a day.

The cottage has no internet but you will find good coverage for using your own mobile broadband.
