Näverängen-Vik Värmdö

Downstairs there is a kitchen, dining room with access to balcony, living room and bathroom.

The upstairs with sloping ceilings sleeps 3 adults and 2 children. In the first sleeping area immediately when you get up, there is a double bed 160 cm (two single beds furnished next to each other with a large bed mattress and a headboard that holds together).

In the footstool (see picture) there is also a fold-out extra bed with a wooden slat.
At the top of the upper floor there is a small room with a single bed with box spring mattress 90 * 200 cm and a cot 70 * 160 cm (grow bed).

Patio with table and 5 chairs (there are cushions for the chairs) and barbecue.

The house also includes a shed with workbench and the opportunity for those who want to carpentry or do crafts.
There is also a playhouse, sandpit and some toys to borrow.
Below the house there is a large lovely meadow that is mowed regularly so it is well suited for play and summer games. The neighbor's hens sometimes come over for visits, and when the supply is good you can buy eggs and pick them yourself at the neighbor's farm.

Walking distance (1.4 km) to two nice bathing spots with sandy beaches and jetties. One bath in Grisslingeviken and the other in Torsbyfjärden. These are located in different sun and wind directions so it is perfect to be able to choose based on the time of day.

The property is centrally located on Värmdö but still rural by the forest. Hiking trails, exercise trails, outdoor gym, table tennis, soccer fields and free tennis courts are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations, activities and nature areas close by car / bus.

Grocery store, restaurants and service within walking distance. Minilivs 500 m, larger grocery store Coop about 1.3 km, Värmdö Shopping Center 3 km.
Very good and frequent bus connections to many parts of Värmdö, as well as to Stockholm (only about 30 minutes bus ride to central Stockholm).

In the main town Gustavsberg 5 km there are shops, galleries, studios, museums and nice cafes and restaurants. Gustavsberg also has a lovely bathhouse with swimming pools, adventure pool, relaxation and gym.
Distance to Stockholm is about 28 km (20-30 minutes by bus / car).
