Lovely modernly furnished holiday home with architect-designed houses and original cottage. All houses with sea views over Återlögafjärden.


Large balconies with unobtrusive lovely patios in several directions. The houses are located on a large natural plot that slopes towards the sea bay and has beautiful forest behind. A few minutes' walk away is a small sandy beach with a private shared jetty.

The two Pinc House Sport designed houses are now combined with a 50 sqm 2-storey part with lots of light, inviting hall with guest toilet. Exclusive bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs you will find a generous living room with comfortable sofa, armchair and a Smart TV. Furnished roof terrace with glass railing. The back of the house has a small furnished terrace with a view of the forest.

Little Pinc: 25 sqm, with two bedrooms: master bedroom with double bed 180x200 cm. A single bed in the room adjacent to the master bedroom.

Big Pinc: 70 sqm, 3.5 rooms, Large airy living room with panoramic window facing the water. Large social areas, sofas, fireplace, Apple TV, WIFI, Bluetooth. Open plan to dining area and well-equipped kitchen area. Two bedrooms with each a single bed.

Sauna house: 15 sqm, wood-fired sauna with a view of the forest, shower and washing machine. Separate WC.

For an additional fee, the guesthouse can be rented: Original cottage 25 sqm, max. 5 guests. There are two bunk beds with extra wide bottom beds 140*200 and a double bed 160x200 cm. Balcony facing the sea.

Herrvik is an older holiday home area with large plots and lots of green areas/forest preserved. In the surrounding area there are large natural areas with miles of nice walking and cycling paths. Within walking distance is the village of Strömma with a popular tavern and canal bar (summer time), where you can have good food and drinks directly on the pier. From Strömma you can also take a regular boat to the outer archipelago or to Stockholm.

Distance to Stockholm by car or bus is about 34 km (about 30 minutes).

Mandatory departure cleaning 1,700 SEK.

Minimum 2 nights. NOTE: Does not apply to weeks 25-33 when only full weeks can be booked.
Price 5 beds: 8,940 SEK for 2 nights. Cleaning is added with 1,700 SEK.
Price guesthouse: 2 nights on request.

Hallo, wir waren im Juli 2023 in diesem wunderschönen Haus bzw. Häuser. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen, einem 3 jährigen und zwei mittleren Hunden dort. Als wir ankamen war der Besitzer da und wies und in die Gegebenheiten ein. Göran ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nach meiner Meinung spricht er auch noch ein gutes deutsch. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Spülmaschine gab nach dem 2ten Tag den Geist auf, doch hier wurde umgehend eine neue installiert. Toll. Das Haus liegt ca. 2-300m vom Wasser aber um dort hinzukommen muss man einen kleinen Umweg laufen, so das es wohl insgesamt 500m sind. Die Bushaltestelle dürfte so 1-1,3 km weit weg sein. Es ist aber auch sehr hügelig dort, was aber auch sehr schön war. Wir sind super klargekommen und alles war möglich. Kochen sowie Grillen waren kein Problem. Nach Stockholm in die Innenstadt waren es ca. 1,5 Stunde mit dem Auto. Empfehlung: Parken auf der Strasse ist deutlich günstiger als im Parkhaus. Wir standen für ca. 10€ den ganzen Tag in Stockholm. Zum Einkaufen für das Haus bietet sich Gustavsberg an Der günstigere Laden ist Willy's. Wer die Ruhe genießen will, aber auch den Flair von Stockholm erleben möchte ich hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter ist problemlos. Wir hatten immer wieder einiges Wild auf dem Grundstück. Einmal wurde ein Elch gesichtet. Für uns wie gemacht und wir werden sicher noch einmal nach Stockholm kommen. Es ist eine sehr schöne saubere Stadt. Schöne Grüße an Göran
