The plot is large and faces the forest. Unobstructed patio facing south, terrace facing west. Quiet cottage area with direct proximity to beautiful archipelago nature and sea. At 5 min walking distance through the forest there are nice bathing cliffs. Child-friendly sandy beach is a few more minutes walk from the house. Free fishing with rod. Nice bike and walking paths,

The guest house (friggebod) can accommodate 2 beds (bunk bed) is included week 25-35.
Distance mini life about 1.5 km, Service resort Djurhamn center about 7 km. Regular boat pier Sollenkroka about 1.5 km

RYDS 465, Yamaha 15 hp: SEK 4.000 /w . Deposition SEK 1.800
Life jackets included.

Private boat mooring on request.

Guest house SEK 1500 / week on request (included week 25-35)
Final cleaning main house SEK 1.000.
Cleaning of guesthouse SEK 300.
