Car ferry and road all the way to the house.
Completely renovated, very nice interior decoration turn-of-the-century-style. The main building has got several nice drawing-rooms, kitchen, 4 bed-rooms with 2 beds/room, veranda with pull-out bed for 2. Two bath-rooms and all modern conveniences. Large veranda with afternoon/evening sun, decorated in lounge style. Gas heater and barbecue. Pavilion, bar/relax house with a sofa bed for 2, sauna by the sea and hot tub at the beach. Private jetty.

Situated at a calm bay next to a bird sanctuary (wild life reserve). Lovely garden with many seating areas as well as room to play. Trampoline.

On the island about 3 km there is a small self-service country store with a surprisingly large assortment, vegetables and meat from the local area, dairy products and spices, etc.
The store is open every day during the summer whenever you want if you first registered as a customer with your bank ID. Foreign guests who wish to shop should first contact the store manager via a phone number at the store's entrance to obtain a temporary account.
In summer, there is usually also a bread van from Skeppsbro's bakery at the store with very good food bread and coffee bread.
In the northern part of the island there is a kiosk during the summer.

Car ferry and road all the way to the house. Car ferry Norra Lagnö-Tynningö takes about 8 minutes and serving 2-3 times/hr. Also scheduled passenger boats to Stockholm, Vaxholm and Sandhamn leave from Tynningö at Höganäs bridge.

Distance to Vaxholm by boat 10 minutes.
Distance to Stockholm: by boat approx. 20 minutes, by car approx. 30 minutes.
Regular ferry traffic to Stockholm, Vaxholm and Sandhamn from Höganäs Jetty (Tynningö).

Supermarkets and restaurants can be be found in Gustavsberg approx. 7 km. away or in Vaxholm just a short boat ride away.

Motor boat Buster XL (100 HP), wakeboard and water skis can be rented by those who have boat license and experience. Price 9.000 SEK/week + deposit 5.000 SEK.
