On the entrance floor there is a very well-equipped cozy kitchen, large living room with corner sofa, TV and dining area (the temporary furnishing with outdoor chairs at this dining area is replaced with wooden chairs when the summer comes and the chairs in the picture are moved out to the terrace).
There is also a bathroom and separate laundry room on this level.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms; one with double bed 180x200 cm and two bedrooms with single beds.

Next to the house there’s a large meadow with playground and a small football area, and beyond that you’ll find the child friendly sand beach with a jetty. Walk along the sea, fish from cliffs or pier or use the sitting area, where you have a marvellous view of the bay and the fairway.

Perfect accommodation for the active family; many sport activities, walking paths and exercise tracks at close distance. Excellent starting point for excursions further out to the archipelago as well as close to Stockholm. Walking distance to grocery store 1,3 km, restaurants and Take Away 1,3 km, beach café and bakery 1,5 km. Värmdö Köpcentrum (complete shopping centre) 3 km, main village Gustavsberg 5 km. All reachable by very frequent bus communications. In Gustavsberg harbour 5,5 km you will find a lovely and interesting area with shops, art galleries, craft shops, museum as well as nice cafés and restaurants. In Gustavsberg you'll also find sportcentre and a public indoor pool with gym, relax and adventure areas. Near the bath you will also find a big and fun adventure playground in the forest.
Excellent local communications to Stockholm as well as other parts of Värmdö, also boat/ferry traffic. Regular boat to Stockholm takes about 1 hour. Jetty is sitiated at Ålstäket 1,5 km from the house.

NOTE: The cat "Petson" lives in the house. He goes in and out by himself via the cat flap and all you have to do is change the water and give him dry food provided by the owner.
