Nice walking paths around the lake, in which you can fish perch and bathe off the cliffs. Few people know about this place, so you can often bathe entirly on your own. There's also plenty of berries and mushroom in the forest if the season is right.

The cottage consists of a renovated part dating back to the 50s and a new part with high standard and good comfort for a winter insulated summer cottage.

1,5 km walking distance to bus stop and well-stocked ICA grocery store. Close by, you'll find picturesque Stavsnäs village, with amazing archipelago buildings from previous centuries, archipelago museum and a very nice bakery/coffe shop that also serves food etc.

From the Stavsnäs harbour (2 km) there are regular ferries to islands Runmarö, Nämdö, Sandhamn and more. Don't miss this fantastic opportunity to explore the archipelago by boat!

Approx. 40 km from Stockholm (approx. 40 min by car). Good local communications to Stockholm.
