Rådalen Malma Värmdö

The house has a unique and exciting design with four semi levels and large glass windows facing the water. There is also a 15 square meter guesthouse on the property and a outdoor gym.

The interior of Villa Malma is exclusive and tasteful throughout, with a high level of comfort. There are several decks and outdoor seating areas in different locations, all enjoying spectacular views of the water and the surrounding archipelago landscape. A wood heated sauna is located down by the beach, enjoying great ocean views and the deck outside is equipped with furniture. The property has a beautiful little beach and a sturdy jetty suitable to dock a sailing boat.

The main building is 160 square meters and has a bright and welcoming hallway. There is a small bedroom with one single bed 90x200cm and a loft bed.
The second level has a bathroom with shower and toilet, a large bedroom with a double bed as well as a beautiful dining area with panoramic ocean views.
The third level has a living room with panoramic views of the ocean and a glass enclosed open fire. From here you can enter the deck equipped with lounge furniture and children’s furniture.
There is a large bedroom situated on lower level with a double bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. The lower level also has a delightful living room with stained glass windows and a brick open fireplace. Adjacent you will also find a deck. There is a Kobe Kamado grill.
Guest cottage of 15 m2 with a 105x200 cm bed, and a sofa bed for 1 person, adorable sea views and its own nice terrace facing the sea.
There is a large lawn with a volleyball net perfect for play and games.

Fågelbro Golf and Country Club is located close by, offering an international standard golf course (18+9 holes), tennis, padel as well as a bar and restaurant. The popular restaurant Bistro Malma by Malmakvarn is located walking distance from the property, and many more charming and well known restaurants can be found just a short drive or boat ride away.

Distance to Stockholm is approximately 42 kilometers, 45 minutes by car.

A maximum of 8 guests per booking is allowed.

On request, the house owner can arrange an excursion with his larger boat, an Arronet "By Malma" where they can take you to the outer archipelago with a chance to see both seals and sea eagles or a wonderful nice trip in the skerries to Stockholm. Max 7 pers.
