Newly renovated holiday home, situated on a very secluded and private plot of land with its own shore line and panoramic view over the beautiful lake. The large plot runs down to, and along the edge of the water.



The living area encompasses 60 square meters and this holiday home gives it visitors a sense of spaciousness, thanks to smart open plan designs. The living rooms has a panorama window wall facing the lovely lake, and the open plan design joins the living room with the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen in fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave and a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms in the house: one with a double bed (160x200 cm), a second one with a convertible bed which can be used as a single bed (80x200cm) or a double (160x200cm) and the third bedroom has a bunkbed. Shower, toilet and a washing machine are also located in the house.

The lovely south facing outdoor deck looks over the lake and there is also a deck facing west to catch the evening sun. A path below the deck will lead you down to the edge of the water where you will find a private jetty and you can enjoy a refreshing swim.

Ingarö offers outstanding nature with sea and boat life right on the door step. In the surrounding area there are sandy beaches and beautiful dense forests. A short car ride away you will find much appreciated excursion destinations such as Säby Säteri, Björnö nature reserve which offers plenty of walking and hiking trails and a kayak rental centre. The famous and much appreciated art museum Artipelag is located on Ingarö, as is Ingarö Gold course (36 holes). The village of Gustavsberg has a beautiful harbour area with culture centre, shopping, restaurants and several cafés.

Distance to Stockholm is approximately 36 kilometres and the closest bus stop is located three kilometres away. There is commuters parking in Brunn where busses trafficking the route to Stockholm depart regularly. The journey takes about 30 minutes.
