The view of the calm bay with its rich wildlife is amazing, and distance to the fairway is enough to not disturb but still entertaining with passenger boats, luxury cruisers and private boats heading to and from Stockholm. The area and village of Norra Lagnö breathe in the early 1900s with its beautiful century-old buildings and rural archipelago environment. Nevertheless, the distance to Stockholm is no longer than about 20 minutes. by car / boat.

The house's magnificent glass windows offer panoramic sea views in three directions. The house's layout is a large family room with kitchen, dining area, living room and sleeping area in an open plan living. The sofa bed has a thick mattress for added comfort. Children and pets are welcome, but it is recommended that life jackets be included for non-swimmers. Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine.
Everything is a newly renovated, state-of-the-art for all-year-around accommodation. There is underfloor heating and a wood burning stove for the colder season.

The large dock house is on both the dock and the balcony with space for seclusion, sun, bathing and hanging out. Patio in three weather slopes with sun loungers from early morning to sunset. The loungers are ready in the south and the dining area is available for breakfast lunch and dinner at the pier. The grill is right outside the door and fishing rods are available to borrow if you want to try your fishing luck. Even the binoculars are ready so you can see exciting birds like herons and sea eagles, beavers and other inhabitants of the bay.

A short distance by boat is also the picturesque summer town of Vaxholm. Regular boat traffic operates the Northern Lagno brewery-Vaxholm-Stockholm and a smaller car ferry to the neighboring island Tynningö departs from Norra Lagnö about one-two times per hour. Tynningö is perfect for a hiking or cycling trip and has a nice little bathing lake.
In the area there are idyllic winding dirt roads lined with beautiful summer villas from previous centuries and in the surrounding area there are lovely large forests with trails and hiking trails, as well as an 18 hole golf course.

In the main town of Gustavsberg there are shops, restaurants, cafés and bath houses with water park, relaxation and gym. Gustavsberg is also Värmdö's cultural center with galleries, porcelain production, shopping, nice restaurants and cafés in the harbor area.
A few km from Gustavsberg harbor you will also find the amazing art museum Artipelag. Besides, Värmdö offers many activities and excursions for the whole family, fun and entertainment, charming seagulls and farms with locally sourced food.
