Idyllic Isättraviken with wonderful sea location and amazing view of the Furusund fairway. Sandy beach and private jetty below the house.

This lovely house was built in 1901 with preserved charm and beautiful original details, including several working tiled stoves and a fireplace. Lovely south facing terrace overlooking the Isättra bay and the Furusund fairway. Beautiful nature and garden plot with lush fruit trees, mountains and lawn areas. The location is very quiet and peaceful with only a few houses further up the small road that runs between the garden plot and the beach. Through the large garden plot a small stream flows and on the plot there are wild strawberries and berries to pick.

The living room has a dining area for 6 - 8 people by the glass veranda, fireplace and two comfortable armchairs. Sonos sound system.
Bedroom 1 is bright with wooden floors, tiled stove and a double bed, double doors out onto the large patio.
Bedroom 2 has a tiled stove and 2-4 beds (IKEAS day beds that can easily be pulled out to double beds 160 * 200 cm with nice foam rubber mattresses). Bright and functional kitchen with a small dining area. Bathroom with floor heating, shower, washing machine and sauna.

Small guest house with 2 single beds SEK 1000/week.

Down the house you will find the beach and a private jetty and buoy with sailboat depth. A small rowing boat and a SUP-board is available to borrow.
On the other side of the bay is a public sandy beach and a jumping tower.

For children and young people there are several swings, trampoline and football goals available on the site.

It is popular to fish in the bay and sometimes seals come in to visit. On the land side, many animals may visit and can become a feature of the stay.

Nice natural areas begin directly behind the house with opportunities for walking, jogging and cycling. Several nice rounds in forest and land and along the bay.
The mountain above the tower has fantastic views of the area and the fairway. Several natural areas with nice promenades and hiking trails include in Trastsjösskogen, a short drive away and at the outdoor area of ​​Domarudden which is about 10 km from the village. In addition to many exercise and hiking trails, there is also a general sauna and swimming lake.

Within walking distance you will find an smaller tennis court and skate park, a sea bath with a beach volleyball court.
Cycling distance to the cozy sea hook Skeppskatten (3 km).

By car you can also reach several very nice golf courses within a radius of a Swedish mile.

With your own motorboat, you can travel to several islands, many of them have waterside restaurant and in about 10 minutes to the charming summer town of Vaxholm. There you will find shopping, summer restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors and grocery stores. There is also a large park with playground and mini golf. Vaxholm is a hub for regular boat connections to Stockholm and out to archipelago islands. If you do not have your own boat you can get to Vaxholm by regular Waxholm boat from Lervik's jetty (about 5 km).

Distance Stockholm about 45 minutes by car or approx. an hour by bus + train.

Distance to Arlanda about 40 min by car.
