Fruvik Värmdö

The house has three levels;

The main entrance is on the middle floor, where you will find a large, modern and well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area for 6 people. In the kitchen, as an extra bonus, there is a coffee machine that grinds whole beans and in the dining room there are two comfortable armchairs. The kitchen has an exit to the balcony facing the sea with a table and 4 bar stools. Here you can enjoy a view of Torsbyfjärden, the fairway towards Stockholm and magical sunsets.
On the same floor, there is also a living room with a sofa group and a fireplace, as well as an exit to the garden and a covered balcony.

The middle floor has two bedrooms, both with single beds 90*200.
Large bathroom with bathtub and shower corner.

Upper level has two bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is a bright room with a wonderful lake view, TV and large double bed.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed 90*200 cm.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Lower floor; (sutter meadow plan) has a cozy TV room with a home cinema, a large sofa and a projector with a film screen. In addition to the standard selection of TV channels, guests with their own Apple TV account or Samsung Smart TV have the opportunity to log in to this for a larger selection of channels.

The upper part of the plot has a grass area for play and adjoins a small forest grove. Here there is a hammock and a cozy covered terrace under a roof with lounge furniture, gas grill, etc. Below the house there is another grass area and paved parking for several cars.

The area's community child-friendly sandy beach and jetty at bathrobe distance, a couple of minutes' walk approx. 200 m. Several well-equipped playgrounds and a small soccer field in the immediate area. Forests with hiking trails, exercise loops, outdoor gyms, table tennis, soccer fields and free tennis courts are also within walking distance. Many excursion destinations, activities and natural areas within close proximity by car/bus.
Walking distance 1,3 km to grocery store Coop, several restaurants, take aways and services.
Bakery and beach café 1,5 km. Värmdö Shopping center 3 km. Main village Gustavsberg 5 km. Very frequent bus connections to shopping and Gustavsberg as well as many other parts of Värmdö, and Stockholm.
In the main town of Gustavsberg, 5 km away, there are shops, galleries, studios, a museum and nice cafes and restaurants. Gustavsberg also has a popular bathhouse with swimming pool, adventure pool, relaxation and gym. Beside the bath you will also find a nice adventure playground in the forest.

Distance to Stockholm is approx. 28 km (ca 20 minutes by car, 25-35 min by bus or about 1 hour by regular boat + 15 mminutes walk to the pier by Ålstäket from the house).
