You also have access to your own jetty and sauna down by the water, you can swim by jumping off the jetty or step in from a ladder, but no bathing beach. It is an approx. 200m walk on a nature trail to get to the house, which is 25 meters above sea level.
The houses have 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms with double beds and one room with two single beds.
Bathroom with combustion toilet, shower and washing machine.
Separate house with kitchen and living room, the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge, freezer etc.
The table can be folded out so that 6 people can sit.
There is also a large table outside with room for 8-10 people + charcoal grill.

As the regular boat does not go that often, own boat is preferable as it enables opportunities for excursions, restaurant visits, shopping, etc.
The owner also rents out his boat to guests with good boating experience.

With your own boat, you can go shopping on Dalarö, which has many small shops, pastry shops, delicatessens and the ICA grocery store. You can also go by boat to Kymmendösund and shop. There is also a nice restaurant and a boat dock. Outside, the beautiful Gillinges Archipelago awaits in the southeast, as the last outpost before the open sea is Huvudskär.

You can get to Edesön by the regular Waxholm boat or boat taxi. If you have a car, there is also a parking lot on the mainland that belongs to the house, the parking lot is a 5-minute walk from the marina. It is also possible to get over with your own boat, takes about 5 minutes and you moor at the jetty.

The guests clean themselves: cleaning deposit SEK 2,000

Bedlinen and towels are brought by the guests themselves.

Buster L with 50 hp can be rented to guests with good boating experience, booked through us but paid on arrival: SEK 8,000/week + deposit SEK 5,000.
