The house has high ceilings and lovely light from panoramic windows that give a wonderful view of the bay. Open floor plan between living room, kitchen and dining area gives an airy feeling and offers large social areas. In addition, there are 3 separate sleeping sections with their own entrances, where each couple/family can have their own private part.

The large family room has a comfortable sofa group and a large smart TV. Open floor plan with a well-equipped kitchen, kitchen island with bar stools and dining area by the window wall with room for 10 people.

Direct exit from the family room to the large furnished terrace.

Hall, Spacious bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine. (There is also an outdoor shower by the sauna).

The house's 3 private sleeping areas have their own entrance from the terrace;

Part 1 has a double bed 160 cm and clothes storage. Adjacent there is a room with 2 140 cm beds as well as a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Part 2 has a double bed 160 cm and storage. Adjacent there are 2 smaller bedrooms, one with 2 single beds each 90 cm and a wardrobe, and another with a pull-out sofa bed that can be used as a single or double bed 80 cm + 80 cm.

Part 3 has a living room with a large sofa bed, smart TV, storage, and a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with spring mattress, cozy armchair and 2 windows.

The lovely terrace in a completely private location has sunbeds, outdoor furniture for meals and a "bodega" with bar counter, grill and pizza oven.
Dinners can also be taken in the evening sun on the pleasant sauna deck.

The proximity to the Wermdö golf course (18 holes) makes the house ideal for those interested in golf. At the club, you can pay a daily fee for a round, book tennis and/or use the outdoor pool. Of course, there is also a restaurant at the clubhouse.

Grisslinge sea bath 3 km with bakery/patisserie and restaurant with the best location directly by the beach. There is also a playground, beach volleyball and other activities here.

It is about 4 km to Värmdö shopping center, here there are well-sorted shops, cafes and restaurants.

In Gustavsberg 6.5 km there are shops, galleries, studios, a museum as well as nice cafes and restaurants. Gustavsberg also has a lovely bathhouse with swimming pools, adventure pool, relaxation and gym.

At Strömma, about 6 km, there is a popular tavern and bar by the canal (summer time), where you can have good food and drinks directly on the pier. From Strömma you can also take a regular boat to the outer archipelago or to Stockholm.

At Bullandö 17 km, there is northern Europe's largest marina with, among other things, ice cream bar (homemade ice cream) and a very popular lakeside restaurant directly on the jetty. There is also a country store, etc. Take the opportunity to stroll on the docks among hundreds of sailboats and motorboats and experience the boating life from land!


Distance Stockholm approx. 30 km/ 30 minutes by car/bus.
