The main building's living room has a comfortable corner sofa, armchair, smart TV in an open plan to a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 people. Direct exit to the bright and lovely glass veranda which is furnished with armchairs, sofa, chairs, coffee table and infrared heating.
The house has two bedrooms; Bedroom 1 with double bed 160x200 cm, wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 with sofa bed with 1-2 beds; 80/160*200 cm. Bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine.

Guest house 10 sqm with double bed 160x200 cm and clothes storage. Small furnished balcony.

The large house has a lovely terrace at an angle with several seating areas. Next to the balcony there is a solid brick grill (also a portable grill available), and below the balcony there is a small, nice electric sauna with sit-in shower. Older ping-pong tables, games and puzzles are available to borrow, as well as a newly constructed boules court (balls to borrow). Nice sloping forest plot where the house is at the top of the mountain. Forest paths and small roads in the area for pleasant walks, cycling and jogging trips. In close walking distance (about 5 minutes) there is a bathing place in the Baltic Sea, and about 15 minutes walk away there is a beautiful small swimming lake in the forest.

In Stavsnäs village (1,5 km) there are fantastically charming and well-preserved archipelago buildings from previous centuries, the archipelago museum, and the cozy bacery Hembageriet with coffee service, food service, music evenings, etc.
In Stavsnäs Vinterhamn (2,5 km) there is an additional café and restaurant. From there, regular boat tours depart that serve the islands of Runmarö, Nämdö and Sandhamn. Don't miss this fantastic chance to see more of the archipelago by boat! Walking distance to well-stocked ICA grocery store (1.7 km).

About 40 km from Stockholm (about 40 min drive). Good bus connections to Stockholm and excursion destinations in the archipelago.

Due to the iron content in the well, the water tastes a bit special and the owner offers drinking water in bottles. The water is perfectly ok to use for cooking and other purposes.

The beautiful fireplace in the family room should not be used due to fire risk in summer.
