The beautiful and bright living room has several window doors to the balcony and large windows with light coming in from 3 sides. Here there is a large lovely dining area and comfortable armchairs by the bay window with a view towards Lagnöström, as well as a substantial soapstone fireplace.

The house has 4 comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms;
The master bedroom is a large and bright room with a double bed. Adorable beautiful view through the bay window and patio door towards the lake side.
A second bedroom with a single bed is located inside the living room.
The third bedroom is directly to the right from the entrance hall. These are two joined rooms without a door between them. Here there is a 120 cm wide bed and you can place a newly purchased folding bed of good quality with a wooden slatted base and a good mattress on the floor for the company of 8 people.
The desk in the photo has now been moved to the bedroom upstairs.
The fourth bedroom is upstairs/loft. This is accessed via the spiral staircase to the left from the entrance hall. The room has a desk and two single beds that can be moved together/separated as desired.
On the upper floor/loft there is also plenty of space for playing and socializing, as well as a TV with chromecast so that you can stream the selection you have on your phone. There is no channel package.

Separate WC at the entrance. Laundry room at a second entrance at the back of the house.

You can park several cars below the house and there is also a driveway up to the house at the back of the house with the possibility to park near the entrance.

Just below the house is a shared swimming area with a small sandy beach by Lagnöström. Here is a very picturesque environment with winding dirt roads and a promenade lined with beautiful turn-of-the-century houses that stretches for several kilometres.
Popular Ingarö Golf with 36 hole course and restaurant is within walking distance.

Within close driving distance are many popular excursion destinations such as Björnö nature reserve, Artipelag art museum, Säby Gård, as well as the capital Gustavsberg's pleasant harbor area with porcelain museum, glass and porcelain outlets, art and culture center, restaurants and cafes.
For those looking for sporty activities, there is Ingarö sports field, which is 5 minutes away by car and offers spontaneous sports and exercise tracks. In Gustavsberg, approx. 15 minutes by car, there is most of the other sports road; ex. tennis, paddle and a bathhouse with adventure pool, gym, guided training sessions and SPA (pay per session or buy clip card). Adjacent to the bath house is a fun adventure playground and beautiful marked nature trails. For children, there is also an indoor playground in Gustavsberg.
