The main house 75 sqm has a bright and open floor plan with large windows facing the sea.
The living room has a sofa group, fireplace, comfortable armchairs and Smart TV.
There is also a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area for up to 8 people (extra tables and chairs are available). Next to the dining area and the living room there is a large terrace facing the sea with a dining area for 8 people and a hammock. The house is comfortably and homely furnished for a comfortable and relaxing life in a fantastically beautiful environment.

Bedroom 1 has a sesa view and two 105 cm beds with spring mattresses that stands together but can be pulled apart, a chest of drawers, large windows, glazed patio doors and blackout curtains.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed and a working space with a desk. Possibility on request to set up a folding bed suitable for children/juniors.
Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.

Next to the main house there is a spacious guest room 12 m2 by the carport with 2 single beds and clothes storage.

Below the main house is the beach house of 20 m2 with 2 single beds, trinette kitchen and shower. Furnished terrace facing the water with sun loungers, dining area for 8 p. and charcoal grill. Here you catch the evening sun best with the sun setting late into the evening.
There is also a shed with a Separate/bio toilet on the plot.

At the beach there is a new jetty with a swimming ladder. Possibility to moor your own boat on request.

There is mobile broadband with unlimited surfing for guests.

The house is located in a wonderful environment, rural with nice gravel roads that are perfect for walking/jogging/cycling. 5 minutes drive from the house there is a local general store, and on the island there are several popular restaurants; Restaurant Kajkanten is located just above the western ferry landing, with a lovely view of the water & Vaxholm kastell.
At the second ferry landing Rindö Hamn you will find Restaurant Syrran och jag. Here you will also find the cozy Ostmakeriet with award-winning cheeses and a café with homemade baked goods and ice cream.

In the charming small town of Vaxholm (5 minutes by car + a couple of minutes by car ferry) you will find summer restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlors, shopping, and grocery stores. In town there is a lovely park with a large playground and mini golf. Vaxholm is a hub for regular boat connections to Stockholm and other archipelago islands. Take the opportunity to make day trips to Stockholm and other islands!

Rindö is easy to reach; you can go by car via Vaxholm + a few minutes by car ferry to Rindö.

Alternatively, you can go by car across Värmdö and take the ferry from Stenslätten-Rindö which also only takes a few minutes. You can also go to Rindö by Waxholmsbåt from the Grand Hotel in central Stockholm (about 1 hour, 20 minutes journey).

NOTE: The Midsummer weekend is only rented out in conjunction with the week after = week 26 (9 nights).
