The large souterrain house has very spacious social areas and large windows facing Myttingeviken. On the upper floor there is a living room with a wonderful view of the bay, a sofa group, comfortable armchairs, a fireplace and a TV. Access to a large covered balcony along the long side of the house facing the water where you can enjoy the evening sun and have nice dinners. There is a grill and 2 tables with space for 10 people.
On this floor there is a a large and well-equipped kitchen with an adjacent wonderful dining room with large windows facing the lake and access to a breakfast balcony/terrace on the short side of the house. There are also two bedrooms, one with a wide single bed 120x200 cm with a spring mattress and a wardrobe wall. The second with two single beds 90x200 cm with good foam mattresses. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Hall by the bathroom with more wardrobes.

Lower floor: Hall with exit to the lakeside, extra bed in sofa.
Laundry room with toilet.
Bedroom three which is a large family room has 3 beds and a fireplace. 1 double bed and 1 single bed 90 cm with comfortable mattress.
Large bathroom with double sinks, shower and electric sauna.

Guest cabin with large panoramic window, view of the water, older nice retro kitchen with fridge and stove, dining area and bedroom with 2 single beds.

Many fun activities and excursion destinations in the area e.g.; Archipelago excursions with regular boats from Lillsved or Boda jetty, Norråva golf course 18 holes pay and play, Siggesta Gård; with restaurant, café and activities such as adventure mini golf, soccer golf, adventure course, and hiking trail. There is also a playground, small animals, alpacas and pony riding.

You will also find many other restaurants and cafés in the area and can take the car ferry a few minutes over to Rindö where you will find the restaurant Syrran och Jag and also Ostmakeriet that serves award-winning home maid cheese and ice cream.
From Rindö, you just follow the road for 5-10 minutes to the next ferry camp where you can take a second car ferry over to the picturesque summer town of Vaxholm.
