The house is bright and airy with an open plan and large floor-to-ceiling windows and glazed sliding doors. Generous living room with sofa group by the panoramic windows and a comfortable armchair in front of the wood-burning stove (wood included). The room has a spacious dining area for up to 8 people and in a cabinet there is a TV that can be directed, for example, towards the sofa group. Well-equipped modern kitchen with bar area.

Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds 90x200 cm and wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has a futon sofa for 2 people 140x200 cm, desk, wardrobe, TV and access to the balcony with morning sun.
Bedroom 3 master bedroom has a large double bed 180x200 cm, wardrobes. Exit to the balcony.
Spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, and a nice sauna.

Upstairs there is a bright living room perfect for music or reading with 2 sofas that can be made out as extra beds. Bed dimensions approx. 70 x 175 cm, exact dimensions available on request. The roof terrace with lounge furniture has a fantastic view of the forest and the sea. Note: The stairs are steep and the railing is not child-safe.

The balconies have several dining areas and both a charcoal grill and a gas grill. There is also a lounge area with a hammock and parasol and several cozy places to sit down for a coffee. Below the entrance there is a paved terrace with another lovely dining area around a round table and 6 chairs.

Those who like to swim can take a dip from the area's pier/bathing jetty. An incredibly beautiful place that is a short walk from the house. NOTE: Long stairs down to this bathing area.

A small sandy beach is a 10-minute walk from the house. There is also a wonderful small swimming lake (Fiskmyran) a 10-minute walk away. Fishing is allowed in both the sea and the small lake. Several of Värmdö/Ingarö's finest beaches are within close driving distance.

The area is a beautiful and rural part of Ingarö. There is a tennis court, forest paths and nice winding gravel roads for pleasant walks and bike rides.

11 km from the cottage is also Bistro Björkvik's popular beachside restaurant and bar. There is also a kayakomat, tennis courts and a football pitch are in the area.

On Ingarö and the surrounding area there is a lot of fun to do and many exciting excursion destinations and activities. There are 3 fantastic nature reserves within driving distance, hiking trails, kayak rentals, etc.

Within driving distance are many popular excursion destinations such as Artipelag art museum, Säby Gård Säteri and the main town Gustavsberg's harbor area with cultural center, restaurants and cafes.
For those looking for sporty activities, there is Ingarö golf (36 holes). In Gustavsberg there is most of the sports facilities; e.g. tennis, paddle and a bathhouse with adventure pool, gym and SPA department. Adjacent to the bathhouse there is an adventure playground.
