In the cottage you will find a well-equipped kitchen with good work surfaces, dishwasher, freezer, espresso maker (Nespresso/LOR capsule).
Next to the kitchen is a beautiful dining room with windows in 3 directions and high ceilings.
Lovely bright living room with TV, sofa and armchairs and a wood-fired stove for cozy evenings by the fire.

The house has 3 bedrooms, all with comfortable spring mattresses.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed 140 x 200 with a firmer mattress.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed 90x 200 cm, medium-soft mattress. Desk.
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed medium-soft spring mattresses and desk.
Clothes storage in wardrobes in all rooms.

A large patio deck runs along the entire long side of the house, partly under roof, and partly recessed into a niche in the house wall, which provides wind protection.
Here you have a completely private location. The patio has comfortable furniture; dining group, and lounge furniture, coffee area gas grill and cushion boxes.

Wonderful large plot with grass areas, ornamental shrubs, mountains and forest.

Cozy guest cottage with small furnished patio. Here there is a sofa bed for 2 beds measuring 160x 200 cm (softer mattress), a small kitchenette with hot water, fridge and hob, WC with sink.

There is a lot of nice landscape around the cottage area and the lovely forest with paths and winding roads are well suited for cycling, running and walking.
Within walking distance of several nice spots for bathing, both sandy beaches with jetty and jumping raft and rock swimming.

About 20 minutes walk to Bullandö Marina, which is one of northern Europe's largest marinas. Here the summer pulse is high and there is, among other things, an ice cream parlor/café (with superb homemade gelato) and a nice restaurant right on the jetty promenade. There is also a well-stocked general store, a few boutiques, kayak rentals and a paddle court as well as a sauna in the guest harbor that can be booked for a fee. Stroll along the pier promenades among hundreds of sailing and motorboats and experience the summery and intense boating life!

NOTE. The water quality is decent, but the water can sometimes become discolored and have an aftertaste of earth gases. We therefore recommend guests to buy drinking water, and not wash white clothes.

The bus to central Stockholm takes approx. 50-60 minutes.
