The cottage has been carefully renovated with period-typical and stylish furnishings and fine wooden floors throughout and preserved original details. The lower floor is 60 m2, the upper floor has a pitched roof with standing height in the middle.

Large modernized and well-equipped country kitchen with bar counter and good work surfaces. An old wood stove increases the coziness factor. Adjacent is a dining veranda with a panoramic view of the water.

Living room with fireplace, sofa, large TV, and exit to glazed conservatory with sofa and table. Bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine.

Bedroom 1 has a new double bed 160x200cm and several chests of drawers for storage.
Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double bed 160x200cm + a 90x200cm bed.

20 m from the house, near the water, there is a newly built 15 m2 cottage with a balcony and lake view. Here is a new double bed 160x200cm.

The Rådmansö peninsula is Svealand's easternmost headland.
Well worth a visit is Rådmansö Bakery shop and restaurant in Södersvik, where all bread is baked with sourdough.

Gräddö, 7 km by car from Sjötorpet, is almost at the far end of Rådmansö, with Lidö as the closest island and Havssvalget facing the Åland Sea. There is an ICA grocery store, Pizzeria and Kvarnudden's café and restaurant with a beautiful view of Norrtäljeviken.
Kayak rental, courses and arranged kayak tours are offered at Gräddö jetty. Here, both beginners and experienced paddlers can discover the archipelago, alone or with the whole family.

On the south-eastern part of Rådmansö you will find the Riddersholm nature reserve. Here there is beautiful archipelago nature, winding forest paths and nice swimming spots right by the Åland Sea.

At Samstorps Gård you can go on an exciting game safari and meet wild animals. There is a restaurant here and music events are also organized during the summer. Also visit their farm shop with home-made sausages, venison, smoked shrimp, fish, crayfish farming, honey, etc.

From Räfsnäs you can take boat trips to Fejan, Tjockö, Lidö and Söderarm with its famous lighthouse.

At Kapellskär you can take a day trip to Åland with a Viking Line ferry. There is also a summer café, kayak rental, adventure park, gadget shop, restaurant, local museum.

With your own motorboat or sea taxi, you can get to Furusund and visit the Inn in 30 minutes. There are several nice archipelago restaurants on, for example, Högmarsö and Blidö.

Picturesque Norrtälje is 18 km by car from the house and is a very charming summer town with a cozy atmosphere, cultural environments and nice shops, many outdoor cafes and restaurants.

About an hour by car to Stockholm, about 80 km.
